We moved into this little house in the spring, and Max and Miss Marple and I worked so hard to get it just the way we like it. Our scents were in just the right places- by the doors, behind the sofa, and in front of each of the bedrooms. But this weekend those two humans destroyed all of our progress. They brought home something that looked and sounded like a vacuum sweeper, but instead just sucking up pet hair and fall leaves, it shampooed the carpets! Months of work was gone in just 24 hours!
Sigh... I think I'll go mope for a while...
