When Mama started to leave this morning, I must have looked either very neglected or very bored because she asked me if I wanted to go for a car ride! Oh, do I love car rides!And this time she had a special surprise for me! You see, today is Valentine's Day, when people give chocolate to show how much they love each other. But I'm a dog, and dogs can't have chocolate, so she had another plan in mind. Something very special that happens very rarely...
I got my own little hamburger! She made sure it was from the place whose burgers have the least amount of grease on them and she ordered it plain, so it would be as easy on my tummy as possible, but it was still SO YUMMY! And it was all mine! I didn't have to share it with Lucy or Miss Marple or anybody!
Forget the silly chocolates; if you want to show someone how much you love them, break out the BEEF!

Yeah normally we get really cheated on Valentine's Day because we can't get chocolate but I'm with you - burgers are better!
